The Karaage is a fried chicken. Its crispy in the outside & the meat was tender & juicy. When you squeeze the lemon to the chicken…oh lala! The Black Garlic Tonkotsu is a tonkotsu soup mixed with special roasted garlic oil. I love this because i like garlic. It has strong flavors, rich & a bit sweet. Well, i like spicy food so i add chili oil. Now its more flavorful. 😋 The Ajitama Tonkotsu has special half boiled egg that is fully marinated with a special blended soy sauce based. Its rich, silky & the egg makes the soup more tasty. Ofcourse, the noodles…You can choose the doneness of your noodles by: soft, hard or very hard. We choose hard because i want our noodles al dente. I want it firm “to the bite”. For dessert, the Sea Salt Caramel. Its sweet, slightly salty, creamy & with just the right amount of caramel. 😋 | I really enjoyed their ramen. The richness of the soup really goes well with their noodles.
